The practice includes flowing posture sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as focus on balancing, strengthening, and centering the mind and body. Santosa yoga is taught in the tradition of Kripalu yoga. This style deeply embraces the breath's energy, inviting the body into a form of meditation in motion. Through yoga our focus is turned away from the external and into the internal exploration of body sensation and observation of the mind.

Yoga - Birthing
Yoga classes that bring together a like-minded community of mothers. These classes help us nuture our bodies and bond with our babies, while deepening our connection to our birthing instinct. You will discover how yoga breathing and movement help pregnancy discomfort and anxiety. We learn how to accept and surrender to the joy, fear and excitement of this time.
